Morteza Najaflo records sound for film. He studied cinema and sound at Soore University in Tehran and has worked on set since 2006.
The first nine years were spent on the boom — learning where a scene really lives before the microphone ever gets there.
Since 2014 he has led production sound on features, documentaries, and commercials across Iran and Azerbaijan.
